ADDING SHARED CALENDARS

Below you will find a list of shared calendars for the High School, Grade School and District. These are similar to the public calendars that we used in Outlook Web Access. The process for adding these calendars to your GA4E account are:

  1. Login to your GA4E account

  2. Locate the apps button in the upper right hand corner and select Calendar

  1. On the left hand side of the screen locate “Other calendars” and select the drop down menu on the right side of the screen, then select “Add a coworker’s calendar”

  2. You will be prompted to enter the Coworkers Contact Email. I have added the addresses below for each calendar. Please copy and paste the address for calendar you would like to subscribe too.

  3. Repeat Steps 3-4 for each calendar you would like to add.
